Bayside Bonanza

Built in 1890, this Gingerbread Victorian was recently restored with effort to preserve as much of the original charm as possible. We bought it jointly between adult siblings and parents as a shared vacation home, but we didn’t think it right to keep Cape Charles to ourselves! The home is just 2 blocks to the beach and the main street of Cape Charles is around the corner in either direction. There is a generously-sized queen bedroom on the first floor and two queen bedrooms upstairs. Also, on the second floor is an additional small room with twin-over-twin bunkbeds and a larger room with 2 twin beds. Both floors have a full bathroom. You can access the fully fenced backyard through the kitchen, where you'll find a firepit with seating. Plus, a 6-passenger golf cart is available for rental at the property. There's nothing like sitting on the porch swing, sipping morning coffee or an evening cocktail and we hope you enjoy the space as much as we do!
