Welcome to The Catch of the Cape! My wife, Emily, and I purchased it on Valentine's Day of last year, did a fairly significant renovation over a 4 month period and then made it available for short term rentals in June 2022. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a kids bonus play room, a pool table room, and lots of outdoor space including a large patio and large firepit area. The home sits on 3 lots so plenty of room for big groups with the house being able to comfortably sleep 14 with a mix of kids and adults.
